We deliver directly to your house address. Please make sure that the addressing is transmitted correctly. Shipments to PO boxes and general delivery are not possible. We request that you immediately report any damage in transit upon receipt of the goods at the delivery company, so that the statutory warranty remains. We deliver worldwide.
All other applicable tax (EUSt) and customs duties must be borne by the customer. The total customer charge may therefore differ from the prices shown on the relevant CRLS product pages due to currency rates and duty regulations. A detailed summary of all costs takes place during the ordering process. Please inform yourself independently at your customs office about any customs duty. The respective delivery time can be found directly on the product page. In case of delivery delays we will inform you immediately. The delivery period starts one day after receipt of order.

We grant a revocation of the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods. If you would like to make use of it, please return the goods to us at your expense. If the goods are returned freight collect, we charge the appropriate amount. Please note that the goods are returned without traces of use and best in undamaged original packaging. There are no customs duties within the EU and the US and Canada. Outside of the EU, US and Canada you must pay all customs and custom fees (Incoterm DDP). Within 30 calendar days of receipt of the goods, we grant a right of reclamation and exchange. If you want to exchange / reclaim the goods, please fill out the return form, which you can find here. Send it filled out with your request to office@thelightbridge.com With this return form, we can assign the return of your order and thus process faster. Once we have received the return form, our Logistic Partner can send you the return label for the return.
